SRS Distribution — Kalamazoo

The SRS Distribution Kalamazoo facility is an industrial build-to-suit distribution center on Lake Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan, delivered by Third Coast Development for SRS Distribution. SRS Distribution is Home Depot’s commercial roofing and exterior building products subsidiary, one of the largest specialty distributors in its category in North America.

The Kalamazoo facility is one of two distribution buildings Third Coast Development has delivered for SRS to date, alongside the SRS Distribution Grand Haven facility that opened in May 2026. Together the two projects represent Third Coast Development’s deepening relationship with national industrial users in West Michigan’s expanding distribution corridors.
