Leadership

Three principals. Twenty years of partnership. Every project gets their direct attention.

Co-Founder & Principal

Brad Rosely

Brad co-founded Third Coast Development in 2004. He holds a banking degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a former golf professional who turned real estate operator, with a background in commercial brokerage and deal-making.

Brad is known for his relationship-first style and his creativity in deal structuring. Crain's Grand Rapids Business profiled him as the "gas pedal" of the firm — the partner who keeps projects moving when the deal gets complicated.

Outside the office, Brad is a devoted family man and a serious professional baseball fan.

Co-Founder & Principal

Dave Levitt

Dave co-founded Third Coast Development in 2004. He brings more than 25 years of business leadership across real estate, strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and strategic planning. Before Third Coast, his career took him through Steelcase and Amoco.

Dave holds an MBA and BA from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in Logistics Management from Michigan State University. He is a licensed Michigan real estate agent and an active partner in several hospitality and restaurant ventures.

A Chicago native, Dave was profiled by Crain's Grand Rapids Business as the "brake" complementing Brad Rosely's "gas pedal" — the partner who makes sure every deal pencils before the firm commits.
