SRS Distribution — Grand Haven

The SRS Distribution Grand Haven facility is an industrial build-to-suit distribution building located off Winans Street in Grand Haven, Michigan, delivered by Third Coast Development for SRS Distribution and opened in May 2026. SRS Distribution is Home Depot’s commercial roofing and exterior building products subsidiary, one of the largest specialty distributors in its category in North America.

The Grand Haven project is Third Coast Development’s most recent industrial completion and the second distribution facility the firm has delivered for SRS, following the SRS Distribution Kalamazoo facility on Lake Street. The two projects together represent the firm’s growing relationship with national industrial users and the strength of West Michigan’s lakeshore distribution corridor as a logistics location.
